Universal Law of Gratitude and Personal Development

Grace before Meals

Have you ever been on a new adventure that required essential tools, such as, a compass, a map, a GPS tracking system or maybe, preferably a tour guide? If yes, then so too are the tools required for leveling up your game.

To all of us in the pursuit of happiness, most times get caught in the trappings of all the haste and bustle towards reaching our goals.  I am sharing base on my experience in this new journey, or may I even go as precise as to state a brand new me.

I have found myself in the place of anxiety and the rat race model that is the prevailing mode in today’s world, especially for financial empowerment.  Base on the cost to bear it can become a bit much when we consider that this mode can become off balance, and we can lose ourselves in the hustle.

But thus far, in this paradigm shift and in hindsight for insight on the matter, I have come to appreciate the element of ease, flow, and timing.  It is a necessary imperative, which benefits in more ways than one.  The journey towards transformation in my humbling experience has revealed the inner inventory that is mandatory for external expansion.

Grace before meals as the caption of this blog was prompted in the course of a busy schedule that arrested me in the course of pursuit in my new endeavors.

Grace in this context is precisely used and correlates to the science and findings of gratitude and its myriad effects on human health, happiness and fulfillment. I am speaking through personal inspiration that in the ensuing years to come, this virtue may be the next best trending, viral and may I say the paramount prescription to be used and applied in the pursuit to personal and social happiness/euphoria.

This could become the main staple in becoming the flourishing version of the self.   Before meals convey the quality of assets that one must aspire for while securing the essential for life and living.  And so, the inner workings of grace/gratitude through one’s spiritual acquisitions, coupled with the goals, vision for monetary enrichment indeed, as a formula for acquiring and securing the abundance to be had. The balance to be gained.

Gratitude is the consistent silent prayer that honors and enriches this life experience. Indeed the added benefits can be used as a foregone conclusion for whatever that inevitable challenge which lies ahead, since life, in fact, consists of things that can trigger violent emotions.   Yes, the application of gratitude can be used as a deterrent from applying insult to injury, thus acquiring a measure of self -preservation, in more ways than one.

There are several materials which are available for further knowledge and understanding of this topic. Let’s begin by 30 Day Gratitude Challenge!

Every day for 30 days celebrate what you’re grateful for corresponding to the theme of the day, using the following:

  1. Home

  5. Technology
  6. Smells
  7. Colour
  8. Music
  9. Something that makes me laugh

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say you’ve done a awesome job with this. In addition, the blog loads super fast for me on Safari. Exceptional Blog!
